Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 20th day of December 2005 at 11.45 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that the company
be liquidated and that Anthony C. Harris be appointed as liquidator.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Act, the liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors of the company at this stage.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, before the 27th day of January 2006, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
