Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the members of the above-named society on the 11th day of June 2006, resolved that the society should be placed into liquidation and that Paul Graham Sargison and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 16th day of July 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any claim they may have to priority, in terms of section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, or be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
