Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter J. Wahlstrom, of
P J Wahlstrom & Associates (2000) Limited, was appointed liquidator of 3H Investments Limited on the 9th day of
June 2006 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of June 2006
at 2.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
31st day of July 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
