Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by way of special resolution
of the shareholders of the company, Gregory Alan Cole, accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on the 10th day of June 2006 at 12.00 midday, at which time the liquidation commenced.
A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator fixes the 14th day of July 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
