in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 8th day of June 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
