Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Millennium Vehicles Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) was ordered by the
High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the 8th day of June 2006 to
be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of June 2006 at 10.06 a.m.
