Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Take notice that Alexandra-Clyde Returned Services Association Club Incorporated (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 22nd day of December 2005 to be put into liquidation.
On the 30th day of May 2006 at 2.25 p.m., the liquidator resigned and appointed Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins as replacement liquidators to act jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 2005 at 6.30 p.m.
