Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 23rd day of December 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Oilfield Equipment Rental Limited be liquidated and that Mark Irving, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of December 2005 at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 27th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
