Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of September 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Winsom Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Peter James Heenan, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of April 2006.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
