Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 2nd day of June 2006 at 1.30 p.m., it was resolved
by resolutions of the shareholders and directors that the
above-named companies be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Carl Micheal McKee was appointed as liquidator.
