Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Henry Martin van Dyk
and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of
Polson Higgs, were appointed liquidators of David Polson Consulting Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of June 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
6th day of July 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
