Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholders’ resolution dated the 1st day of June 2006:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that company is placed into liquidation and that Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham are appointed joint and several liquidators.”
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 3rd day of July 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
