Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of January 2006 at 9.00 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, John Howard Fisk and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountants of Wellington and Auckland respectively, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of Hills International Limited.
The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
18th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
