Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company on the 31st day of May 2006
at 12.00 midday, appointed Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 7th day of July 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
