Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of May 2006 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Future Card Investments Twenty Three Limited be liquidated and that Richard Bertram Walton, solicitor of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of May 2006
at 11.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidator has fixed the 16th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
