Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Murray Eric Judge and Christine Joy Henderson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Springston Management Services Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of May 2006 at 11.20 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
