Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of May 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Townsends Farms Limited be liquidated and that John Ivan Farac, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of May 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
