Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 30th day of May 2006,
the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Ian Douglas Davies, accountant, of Accounting Action Limited, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of May 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator does not intend to call a meeting of creditors in view of the company’s solvency, as provided under section 245 (1).
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make any claim and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
