Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Natural Forest Products (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day of May 2006 at 9.50 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
