Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 19th day of May 2006, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that K. Harrington Properties Limited be liquidated and that Mark Paget,
of Paget & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of May 2006.
