Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of May 2006, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Aaron Transport (2000) Limited be liquidated and that C. G. Carr, chartered accountant of One Tree Hill, Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of May 2006 at 10.30 a.m.
