Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of April 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Margaret Bell Memorial Trust Limited be liquidated and that Peter M. Granville, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993 and the shareholders wish to liquidate the above-named solvent company as it is no longer trading.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of April 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
