Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of January 2006 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Winelight NZ Limited be liquidated and that Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant of Duns & Partners, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Winelight NZ Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 20th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
