Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of May 2006 at 11.15 a.m., appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix Friday, the 30th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
