Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of May 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Waoku Farm Limited be liquidated and that Dennis John Portch, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of May 2006 at 3.30 p.m.
