Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of May 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Terrace Conference Centre Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Gerard Florentine,
of Curtis McLean Limited, Chartered Accountants, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of May 2006 at 5.00 p.m.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a director’s resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
