Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of April 2006, it was resolved, pursuant
to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that
R P Davidson Farm Limited be liquidated and that Trevor James Croys, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of May 2006.
