Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Hosie and Kevin Charles Rae, chartered accountants of West Yates Limited, were appointed liquidators of An XYZ Company Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 2005.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company’s directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
11th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
