Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of AMI Hotel Limited
(in liquidation and in receivership) on the 12th day of
April 2006 at 12.47 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c)
of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidators as soon as possible.
