Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, on the 12th day of May 2006 at 2.22 p.m., by order of the High Court at Auckland, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Xtendreach Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 26th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
