Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Ruck ’N’ Punt Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 5th day of May 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of May 2006 at 10.14 a.m.
