Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that Catherine Jane Jollands and Rory Iain Grieve, both accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Oracle Tiling Company Limited (in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of May 2006 at 2.20 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
