Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of May 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Maine Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Barry White, of Thames, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Monday, the 8th day of May 2006 at 8.00 a.m.
