Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as
interim liquidators of Creative Textiles (2001) Limited
(in interim liquidation) by order of the High Court on the
5th day of May 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the interim liquidators of Creative Textiles (2001) Limited (in interim liquidation) fix the 26th day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Security Interest
Any party who considers they have a security interest in goods or assets held by the company in interim liquidation should contact the interim liquidators immediately.
