Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 29th day of March 2006 at 4.15 p.m., in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above named company by special resolution appointed John Maurice Leonard and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
