Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 27th day of April 2006 at 6.30 p.m., appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 8th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before they have lodged their claim
or to be excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
