Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of May 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Morganman Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Brian Andrew McCrorie, of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of May 2006 at 3.15 p.m.
