Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of May 2006 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fairlie Timber Treatment Limited be liquidated and that Ronald Grant Taylor, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of May 2006 at 11.00 a.m.
