Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that The Potato King (1996) Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 28th day of November 2005
to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of November 2005 at 10.20 a.m.
