In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Off-Road Haulage Limited (in receivership):
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of May 2006 at 10.12 a.m., Off-Road Haulage Limited (in receivership) was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above?named company pursuant to an order by the High Court at Dunedin.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of May 2006.
