Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Solidcrete Technology Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 15th day of December 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 2005 at 11.15 a.m.
