Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 2nd day of May 2006 at 2.15 p.m., it was resolved
by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tauranga Securities Limited be liquidated and that Gilbert Dale Chapman, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
