Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of April 2006 at 3.00 p.m., John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of 45 Arrenway Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix the 12th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
