Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stewart Allan Stanley, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of
C & R Plasterers Limited on the 1st day of May 2006 at 1.00 p.m., at which date and time the liquidation commenced, by a special resolution of the members of C & R Plasterers Limited.
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
