Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of April 2006 at 4.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fianchetto Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of April 2006.
