Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Importer Cars (1990) Limited be liquidated and that Mark Paget, chartered accountant
of Paget & Associates Limited, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006.
