Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 31st day of March 2006 at 3.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that EarthlyBodies Limited be liquidated and that Daryl Peter Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006 at 3.31 p.m.
