Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed liquidators
of Business Brand Services Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of April 2006
at 4.25 p.m.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited at 97-101 Hobson Street, Auckland, on the 27th day of April 2006 commencing at 10.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 15th day of May 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
