Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of March 2006 at 10.07 a.m., appointed Daran Nair and Annie Chen, of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Advanced Imports (International) Limited (in liquidation) fix the 12th day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
