Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Ewan Richard Gardiner, chartered accountant of Gardiner Knobloch Limited, was appointed liquidator of Forward Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of April 2006 at 2.15 p.m.
The liquidation is voluntary and is to be carried out as the company has ceased trading, paid all its liabilities and a solvency certificate has been completed.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
8th day of May 2006, as the date on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
